Each of us has a LifeTown, the place where we have spent a significant part of our lives, raised our families, pursued business careers and developed lasting friendships. The Community Foundation of Greater Des Moines' LifeTown Legacy® Society provides a way to give back to the community which has been so important in shaping our lives.
The LifeTown Legacy® Society recognizes forward thinking individuals who will leave an indelible mark on our community through the establishment of a permanent endowment or planned gift at the Community Foundation. Thank you for allowing us to honor you for your commitment to the future - today.
Establish a permanent endowment through any of the following giving options: endowed funds, gifts designated in your will or estate plan, gifts through your life insurance policy, IRA, 401(k) plan, real estate, charitable gift annuities, charitable remainder trusts, or gifts of cash or appreciated assets made during your lifetime.
Your LifeTown Legacy® endowment provides substantial tax benefits while providing perpetual funding to your favorite charities or charitable causes.
